Beaches View

Beaches View Is a ground floor apartment, located above the esplanade on one of the first roads to be developed in Exmouth. It is part of a villa that was built circa 1833 and is grade II listed. All amenities are within walking distance. The beach is about 75 yards away which also puts you directly onto the South West Coast Path. There are restaurants within 50 yards as well as cafes on the esplanade and pubs nearby. The town is a 5 minute walk away and the station approximately 10 minutes. Bookings must be 3 nights or more (Sat to Sat generally at peak summer periods)
